Heal. Empower. Shine.
Virtual Therapy in California for Individuals and Couples
Healing happens when you’re willing to get honest.
When you’re ready to let someone shine a spotlight on your unique strengths…
When you leap head first into what probably feels like a bit of a hot mess…
Don’t worry. Chances are you’re not alone, you’re not crazy, and things can get better faster than you might think!
Healing starts when you’re ready to stop hurting.
Pain, heartache, sadness, anxiety, or anger color your days and steal your ability to feel like your best self.
You’re hurt and fed up with feeling stuck. Those three drinks or that huge slice of chocolate cake might feel good in the moment, but are they really solving the underlying problems or creating lasting change?
“I’m sick of feeling like there’s something wrong with me.”
Thoughts are coming too fast in your head…
…they’re confusing and contradicting one another, or they’re not there at all.
What’s left is a sense of flatness and being numb to what’s going on around you.
Life is a struggle. Relationships are too hard, and your sanity sometimes feels like it took a vacation and you’re not sure when it’s coming back.
There was probably a time in your life when you felt like a warrior.
Even if it was just for a moment.
That strength is inside of you.
No matter how weak or insecure you feel right now, it’s in there – just waiting to find the right pathway to make you an empowered agent of change in your own life.
A sense of agency is the antidote to pain and suffering. And, a sense of agency can come from someone witnessing and embracing your struggle, not judging any of it, and raising you up to be more of who you want to be.
A life of depression, anxiety, and relationship conflict is long and painful.
But, a life of hope and joy is a sweet journey lived with ease.
That might sound too utopian, but the transformation is possible!
Sure, it’s not black and white – you’re miserable one minute and thrilled the next.
But, the change comes in increments, some small and some big. A tedious life starts to have easy moments, and you build from there. I’ve seen it, I’ve felt it.
Welcome. I’m Gina,
and I’m so glad you’re here!
Sometimes all you need to heal is a compassionate person who is willing to see the world through your eyes.
My approach is firmly rooted in the belief that you are the expert of your own life.
We live in a busy world and often don’t slow down to really see each other. Transformational therapy takes place when a caring being takes the time to really understand you, to care more about what matters to you than what makes sense to them.
When it comes to your healing and growth, your feelings and opinions are the ones that matter most.
We’re social creatures, and we need to feel like we’re not alone.
At the end of the day, I’m a chill person who cares about other people.
Sure, there’s training and experience that play a huge part in the work we’ll do together. But, more than anything, we’ll connect on a human level.
So, we’ll laugh together, be uncertain, hold the hurt, let the pain come through, and clear a path for happiness, authenticity, and serenity to take hold. Above all, we’ll be real.
A lot of people just need supportive guidance to more fully embrace their authentic selves.
I’ve been given that gift by others, and that’s why I choose to have my daily work be about paying it forward.
Everyone deserves a safe place to lay it all out there, be seen, and be honored for being exactly who they are. With an open heart, and a persistent belief that more and better are possible, I help you move through the pain and into the solution.
As the process takes place, you’re heart opens and you become a more loving presence in your own life. You’re able to embrace and love yourself and love those around you more and more.
It’s circular – the growth builds on itself, and compassion is the fuel that drives it forward.
You’re ready to bring on the better when…
You’re ready to get honest.
You’re ready to be seen at your most vulnerable.
You’re ready to think bigger and hope for more.
You’re ready to accept that you deserve more than a life of mediocrity and discomfort.
You’re ready to let go of fear and embrace your true self.
You’re ready to accept help and try something new.
You’re ready for someone to make it all about you.
You’re ready to walk through the muck to get to the shine.
I invite you to be real as who you truly are. As your authentic self emerges and takes the
lead, your life will change. It’s inevitable.
Good Faith Estimates
Effective January 1, 2022, laws regulating client care have been updated to include the “No Surprises” act, which requires a wide variety of providers to give current and potential future clients a “Good Faith Estimate” (GFE) on the cost of treatment. You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
